Andrew manages the development and underwriting of Earth Foundry's credit fund. Prior to Earth Foundry, Andrew was the Midwest senior lead of the ultra-high net worth investments group of Citi Private Bank. Andrew's previous experience also includes roles as the Chief Economist and Director of Bonds for the chief fiscal officer of the State of Illinois and as the lead underwriter for over $1 billion in economic development/revenue bonds for the City of Chicago. Earlier in his career he worked for firms such as Loop Capital Markets and Merrill Lynch.
Andrew has been an advisor to the Illinois State Board of Investment which manages the state's $28 billion pension portfolio and currently serves on the investment advisory committee of the State of Illinois pre-paid college fund.
He earned an MPP with a certificate in Municipal Finance from the University of Chicago and an BSM from Tulane University.
